Collections Management

We offer comprehensive collections management service, in which we provide clients with a digital database of their entire collection. We begin by photographing, measuring and compiling individual condition reports for each artwork. This allows us to identify and resolve any condition issues, and make necessary storage and/or conservation recommendations. We then create a digital database for each artwork. Each entry includes a detailed description of the artwork, where it is located, photographs, thorough condition report and scanned copies of relevant documentation such as invoices, certificates of authenticity and provenance records. We will liaise with shippers, conservators and insurance companies on the clients behalf if there is a need. Clients are assigned a unique username and password so that they can log in and view their database from their computer or mobile device.
